Baking-Powder

Ingredients

• 8 ounces of bicarbonate of soda
• 1 ounce of tartaric acid
• 1 package of high-grade cornstarch

Instructions

Put bicarbonate of soda, tartaric acid and cornstarch together and sift them thoroughly five times. Keep closely covered in glass jars or tin boxes.
