Claret Flip

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping teaspoonfuls bar sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 1/2 jiggers claret wine

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in a little water. Break egg in claret wine. Fill large bar glass 1/2 full shaved ice. Add ingredients. Shake thoroughly; strain into punch glass; sprinkle with nutmeg on top and serve.
