Sweet-milk Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons baking-powder
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Mix and sift the dry ingredients, beat the egg, add the milk, and pour on the first mixture. Beat thoroughly and add the butter. Cook the same as Sour-milk Griddle Cakes.
