Cream Cuite

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ounce of flour
  • about 1 pint of boiled milk
  • essence

Instructions

Put the sugar in a tin pan with the eggs, and mix well; then add the flour, little by little, mixing the while; then, in the same way, add also the boiled milk; set on the fire, stir continually till it turns rather thick; take off, flavor with essence to taste, let cool, and serve or use for filling.
