Bichof

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of white wine
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • about 1 pound of loaf sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

Put in a crockery tureen the white wine, with the orange and lemon, both cut in slices; cover, and place it in a warm place for about ten hours; then strain into a vessel, and mix well with the liquor the loaf sugar, and a little grated cinnamon.

It may be served warm or cold.
