Pimiento Cream

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup cream
• few grains salt
• 2 tablespoons pimiento

Instructions

Mix cream, salt and pimiento, rubbed through a sieve. Beat until stiff and serve on bouillon or on any cream soup.
