Rice Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 1 pint milk
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda

Instructions

Stir rice in milk. Let stand one-half hour. Add other ingredients, having dissolved soda in one tablespoon cold water.
