Pumpkin or Carrot Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape juice
  • 1 cup vegetables (pumpkin or carrot)
  • 2 teaspoons spices
  • 1 cup corn syrup

Instructions

Reduce grape juice one-half by boiling slowly. Add vegetables. Add spices and corn syrup. Boil until of consistency of honey and place in sterilized jars or glasses.
