Meatless Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 cup soaked and cooked dried peas, beans, lentils or lima beans
• 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup fat
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sage

Instructions

Mix and shape as sausage. Roll in flour and fry in dripping.
