Corn and Oyster Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 6 oysters
  • 2 full tablespoons Kornlet

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients, add milk, egg and Kornlet. Add oysters last. Fry in deep fat, using a tablespoonful to an oyster.
