Bread Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 cups sour milk
• 2 cups bread

Instructions

Let stand until soft

Put through colander. For each one pint use:

• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1 egg beaten

Instructions

Mix well; bake at once on hot greased griddle.
