Boston Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 cup beans (kidney)
  • about 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

Soak and cook beans. Mix all ingredients into loaf. Baste with fat and water. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
