Sherry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup Sherry
  • 3 tablespoons Sloe gin
  • salt

Instructions

Cook the sugar with the water three minutes. Cool slightly and add the Sherry, Sloe gin and a sprinkle of salt. Chill and pour over watermelon balls.
