Corn Salad, or Fetticus

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of fetticus
  • 1 pint of minced celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • plain dressing

Instructions

Carefully pick over fetticus; reject all damaged leaves; wash, and dry in a napkin. Place in a salad-bowl; add celery and eggs; finally add a plain dressing, toss, and serve.
