Salmon en Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 can of salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

Cook the rice. When cold line baking dish. Take the salmon and flake. Beat the eggs, milk, butter, salt, paprika. Stir into the salmon lightly, cover lightly with rice. Steam one hour, serve with white sauce. (This may also be made with barley instead of rice.)
