Date and Cranberry Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 1 quart cranberries
  • 1 pound dates, stoned
  • 1 pint water
  • 2 cups brown sugar

Instructions

Simmer together for 20 minutes cranberries, dates, and water; put through a sieve; add sugar and cook 15 minutes longer.
