Spice Salt

Ingredients

• 4 ounces of salt
• 1 ounce of black pepper
• 1 ounce of thyme
• 1 ounce of sweet marjoram
• 1 ounce of summer savory
• 1/2 ounce of clove
• 1/2 ounce of allspice
• 1/2 ounce of mace
• 1/4 ounce of cayenne pepper
• 1 ounce of celery salt

Instructions

Mix all together; sift three times, and keep closely covered. Half an ounce will flavor a stuffing for roast meat; and a tablespoonful is nice in many soups and stews.
