Mixed Spices

Ingredients

• 3 heaping tablespoonfuls of ground cinnamon
• 1 heaping tablespoonful of clove
• 1 heaping tablespoonful of mace
• 1 even tablespoonful of allspice

Instructions

Mix thoroughly, and use for dark cakes and for puddings.
