Apple Float

Ingredients

  • 6 good, acid apples stewed and strained
  • 1 teacupful of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • beaten whites of 3 or 4 eggs

Instructions

When apples are cold, add sugar, vanilla, and the beaten whites. Serve at once.
