Philadelphia Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 quart cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Scald 1 cup of cream.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Cool and add remainder of cream and vanilla.

Freeze.
