Savoury Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ounce Allinson fine wheatmeal
  • 1 gill of milk
  • 1 tablespoonful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 dessertspoonful of finely minced spring onions
  • 1 ounce of butter
  • pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

Proceed as in Cheese Soufflé, adding (instead of cheese) the parsley and onion.
