Macaroni Savoury

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of cold boiled macaroni cut small
  • 1/2 ounce grated cheese
  • 1 gill milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ounce fine wheatmeal
  • 1/2 ounce butter
  • seasoning to taste

Instructions

Make a batter with the milk, egg, and meal, mix together with the macaroni, cheese, and the butter, previously oiled, season to taste; turn the mixture into a small pie-dish, and bake until a golden brown.
