Macaroni Savoury
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of cold boiled macaroni cut small
- 1/2 ounce grated cheese
- 1 gill milk
- 1 egg
- 1 ounce fine wheatmeal
- 1/2 ounce butter
- seasoning to taste
Instructions
Make a batter with the milk, egg, and meal, mix together with the macaroni, cheese, and the butter, previously oiled, season to taste; turn the mixture into a small pie-dish, and bake until a golden brown.
