Curry Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce rice
  • 1 pint milk and water (equal parts)
  • 1 saltspoonful of curry
  • 1/4 ounce butter
  • 1 ounce finely chopped onion
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Cook the rice with the onion, curry, and seasoning in the milk and water, until the rice is quite tender; add the butter, and serve.
