Clear Soup (Julienne)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pint vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoonful dried Julienne (vegetables)
  • a little butter
  • pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

Cook the Julienne in the stock until tender, add butter and seasoning and serve.
