Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of boiling milk
  • 1 pint of rice flour
  • 6 spoonsful of sugar
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Pour the boiling milk on the rice flour, stir it well, and put in the sugar, butter, and eggs, beat all together, and bake in deep plates, with or without crust.
