Cheese Curds

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon of skim milk
  • 2 spoonsful of rennet wine

Instructions

Put to boil the skim milk, stir into it the rennet wine; when it turns, dip up the curds and set them away to cool; eat them with sweetened cream and nutmeg.
