Arrow Root Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 table spoonsful of arrow root
  • milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 table spoonsful of sugar
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • paste

Instructions

Take the arrow root, mixed in a little cold milk; pour on this a quart of boiling milk, beat the eggs with the sugar, and stir all together with the butter, bake it twenty minutes in paste.
