Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 pints of stewed apples
  • 1 pound of butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 pounds of sugar
  • 1 glass of brandy and wine
  • nutmeg
  • puff paste

Instructions

Take the apples, well mashed, melt the butter, beat the eggs with the sugar, and mix all together with the brandy and wine; put in nutmeg to your taste, and bake in puff paste.
