Peach la Melba

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream
  • sunshine cake
  • 1/2 preserved peach
  • 2 tablespoons melba syrup

Melba Syrup

  • 1/2 cup raspberry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fine cut candied cherries

Instructions

Put the vanilla ice cream on the sunshine cake, on it lay the preserved peach and pour over the melba syrup made as follows: melt the raspberry syrup to which has been added the candied cherries and decorate with whipped cream.
