Orange Blossom Extract

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pints boiling milk
  • 10 1/2 ounces fresh orange blossoms
  • 3 quarts rectified spirits of 90 per cent
  • 2 1/2 pints champagne

Instructions

Pour the boiling milk over the orange blossoms; place same over the fire and let it boil up; then add the spirits; mix it thoroughly, add the champagne and filter.
