Orange Blossom Extract
- 1 1/4 pints boiling milk
- 10 1/2 ounces fresh orange blossoms
- 3 quarts rectified spirits of 90 per cent
- 2 1/2 pints champagne
Pour the boiling milk over the orange blossoms; place same over the fire and let it boil up; then add the spirits; mix it thoroughly, add the champagne and filter.
