Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonful flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoonful butter

Instructions

In a small saucepan mix the flour with a little cold water; add by degrees 1 cup of boiling water, stirring constantly; set the saucepan over the fire, add the butter in small pieces; continue stirring and boil for a few minutes.
