Tomato Sauce


  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoonful of chopped ham
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • 1 dessert-spoonful of oil
  • a little pounded spice and basil
  • 1 clove of garlic with a cut


Broil tomatoes, skin them and mix them with chopped ham, onion, salt, oil, spice and basil. Then boil and pass through a sieve. Whilst the sauce is boiling, put in garlic, but remove it before you pass the sauce through the sieve.
