Swiss Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of old cheese
  • 1 tablespoonful of vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Pound the cheese in a mortar, add the vinegar, a little salt and pepper, and dilute to the consistency of cream with oil.
