Remolade

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh raw egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of mixed mustard
  • 3 tablespoonfuls of oil
  • vinegar

Instructions

Beat the egg, add to it the mixed mustard, and oil; when smooth add just enough vinegar to change the color slightly.
