Piquante Salad Sauce


  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 tablespoonful of cream
  • 1 tablespoonful of oil
  • about 2 tablespoonfuls of Chili or tarragon vinegar


Mix together the yolks of the hard boiled and raw eggs; add the cream and oil; and, when smooth, enough Chili or tarragon vinegar to season sharply.
