Mock Crab

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of soft, rich cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of dry mustard
  • 1 saltspoonful of salt
  • 1/2 saltspoonful of pepper
  • 1 dessertspoonful of vinegar

Instructions

Break up the cheese with a fork, mix with it the dry mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar; serve it cold, with a plate of thin bread and butter, or crisp crackers.
