Fried Lentils

Ingredients

• 1 ounce of chopped onion
• 2 ounces of drippings
• plain boiled lentils

Instructions

Fry the onion brown in the drippings, add plain boiled lentils, see if they are properly seasoned, and brown them well; serve hot.
