Welsh Rare-bit, No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • mustard to taste

Instructions

Heat the milk in a double boiler; melt the cheese. Add the egg, and pour all over squares of toast.
