Cucumber Sauce


  • 3 medium-sized cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon of white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of horse radish
  • 1/2 pint of vinegar


Wash the cucumbers; grate peel and all and pour off some of the extra liquid. Add the white pepper, salt and horse radish; lastly add the vinegar. This is very nice, and will keep any length of time.
