Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint cream of moderate thickness
  • white of 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pulverized sugar
  • flavoring

Instructions

Add to the cream the white of egg beaten to a stiff froth, pulverized sugar and flavoring. The grated rind and juice of half a lemon is nice.
