Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 large, ripe tomatoes
  • 6 green peppers
  • 6 red peppers
  • 8 onions
  • 6 garlics
  • 8 tablespoons salt
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cups vinegar
  • celery
  • cloves to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  • allspice to taste

Instructions

Chop peppers and onions very fine. Peel and chop the tomatoes. Boil two hours; stir while boiling.
