Wine Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 box Knox sparkling gelatine
  • 1/2 pint cold water
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 pint wine
  • juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

Soak the gelatine in the cold water two minutes, add the boiling water, sugar, and stir until dissolved; add the wine and juice; strain and pour into mold.
