Prune Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound prunes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • whites of 4 eggs

Instructions

Take the prunes, cook until tender, put through colander (to remove pits) add the sugar, when cold add the whites, well beaten; beat all together, put dish in oven four minutes. Serve cold, with whipped cream. This amount will serve six to eight people.
