Prune Whip

(Dessert.)

Ingredients

  • about 24 well cooked prunes
  • 1 heaping tablespoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Take the prunes, remove pits and chop up pulp. Add the sugar, eggs, whites and yolks beaten separately and vanilla. Beat all together thoroughly and pour in buttered baking dish. Bake in moderate oven thirty or thirty five minutes. This makes enough for a family of four.
