Pork Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pork
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Take the pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk, season with butter, salt and pepper, (and sage if liked). Fill buttered gem tins and bake until nicely brown.
