Pan Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 teaspoons of melted butter

Instructions

The flour sifted with the baking powder, salt and sugar, add enough milk to wet it, then beat in the egg thoroughly, add the melted butter and then thin to a smooth batter with milk, beat thoroughly and bake on a well greased, hot griddle.
