Lemon Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 box Knox sparkling gelatine
  • 1 pint cold water
  • 2 pints boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • juice of 3 lemons

Instructions

Soak the gelatine in the cold water, two minutes; add the boiling water, sugar, and stir until dissolved; add the juice, strain through jelly bag into molds.
