Jenny Lind Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoonful sugar
  • 1 small cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Bake in an omelette pan, put jelly on top, roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
