Honeycomb Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Set a granite pan with the butter in the oven to heat. Beat the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper exactly one minute. Pour into the hot pan and bake in a quick oven until eggs rise to the top. Serve immediately.
