Fruit Gelatine Pudding

Ingredients

  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 pint of cold water
  • 1 1/2 pints boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box Knox gelatine

Instructions

Soak gelatine in the cold water, pour on boiling water, add other ingredients. Strain and turn over mixed sliced and sugared fruits and nuts, and serve with sweetened whipped cream flavored with vanilla.
